“IBM-ID” or “IBM ID” or “User ID”?

Even I am already logged-in I am not able to access LS11 sessions:

Sometimes I am asked for my “IBM ID” and sometimes I have to provide my “User ID” (see above):

Today I already was able to visit LS11 sessions:

but now I get the following:

What’s wrong there at IBM? I am lucky that I’ll attend the LS11 but IBM does it not make easy to plan sessions etc.

Just sent this to IBM support and I waiting for an answer …
